Each service is narrow enough to be genuinely useful. SkillForge builds learning experiences around a goal. CareerCompass connects a person’s experience with skill, CV and market signals. The common principle is simple: guidance should reflect the person, explain its reasoning and leave them with something they can do.
One account, two focused coaches
Findaicoach brings focused coaching tools into one account. SkillForge helps you learn a useful skill; CareerCompass helps you understand your position and plan a career move. Each service has a clear job, so it is easier to know where to start and what you will get.
Your information and account
Career information you add is used to provide guidance inside your account. Findaicoach does not publish your CV, conversations or plans as a public profile or show them to other members. Relevant information may be processed by service providers as explained in the Privacy Notice. Signed-in members can export their data or permanently delete the shared account from CareerCompass Settings.
