Information we collect
Findaicoach may collect account details such as your name and email address, a securely hashed password, administrator and usage records, and information you choose to provide while using a service. Depending on the service, this can include learning goals, course activity, career history, skills, coaching conversations, CV content, plans and progress.
We also receive basic technical information needed to operate and protect the service, such as request timestamps, browser information, IP-derived security signals and error logs.
How we use information
We use this information to authenticate you, deliver and personalise the requested service, preserve progress, apply usage limits, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, communicate about your account and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information.
AI-assisted processing
Relevant parts of your request and context may be sent to the AI provider configured by Findaicoach, currently DeepSeek, to generate a response. Avoid submitting government identifiers, financial or health data, employer secrets, or personal information about another person unless you are authorised to do so. AI output may be incomplete or incorrect and should be reviewed before use.
Analytics, advertising and cookies
Essential local storage is used for sign-in state, service progress, theme preferences and your analytics choice. If Google Analytics or Google Ads measurement is configured, it remains disabled until you select “Allow analytics.” When allowed, Google may receive online identifiers and usage events under its own privacy terms. You can choose “Essential only” and use the core site without analytics.
To change a saved choice, clear this site’s local storage in your browser. A dedicated preference control will be added before any broader advertising campaign.
Storage and retention
Account and service information is stored while needed to provide the service, meet security and legal obligations, resolve disputes and maintain backups. Formal retention schedules and self-service deletion will be added as the platform matures. Contact us to request access or deletion; some records may need to be retained where legally required.
Your choices and rights
You can limit the information you provide, remove unnecessary details from a CV before uploading, decline optional analytics, and stop using a service. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or export personal information, or object to certain processing.
Security and contact
We use HTTPS, server-side credentials, restricted environment files, hashed passwords, access controls and service isolation. No online system can promise absolute security. Report a concern or make a privacy request at hello@findaicoach.com.
