Findaicoach provides software tools that help users explore learning goals, career readiness, skills, CV materials and possible actions. Features may be introduced, changed or withdrawn as the platform develops.
The anonymous Career Direction Check is a limited preview based only on four visitor-supplied answers. It offers possibilities to investigate, not a score or a complete assessment. A saved check can be transferred into an account using the assessment secret held by the same browser.
Your account and content
One confirmed Findaicoach account can be used across its services. Provide an email address you control, keep login details private and notify us if you suspect unauthorised access. Service content and usage allowances remain specific to each service. You retain responsibility for content you submit and must have the right to use it. Do not upload confidential employer information or unnecessary sensitive data.
Findaicoach keeps your submitted career and learning content with your account; it is not published as a public profile or shown to other members. Signed-in members can export data held by both services or permanently delete the shared account from CareerCompass Settings. Any PayPal agreement that could still renew must be cancelled before account deletion.
AI-generated guidance
Outputs are generated from the information provided and may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated or unsuitable. Findaicoach does not guarantee employment, admission, promotion, qualifications, salary, business results or other outcomes. The service is not legal, financial, medical, immigration or mental-health advice. Review important information and consult a qualified professional when appropriate.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the platform, attack or interfere with its systems, bypass limits, access another person’s data, upload malware, automate abusive traffic, infringe rights, or use the service for unlawful, deceptive or harmful activity. Access may be restricted to protect users, providers and infrastructure.
Feedback rewards
Original, specific and actionable feedback may receive 2 SkillForge credits after automated relevance and safety review, up to 6 feedback-reward credits per member per calendar month. Submission does not guarantee approval. Duplicates, spam, abusive content, attempts to manipulate rewards, or messages without useful detail are not eligible. The review decision and reason are sent to the member's registered email. Reward credits are promotional, non-transferable, have no cash value and follow the displayed usage period.
Plans, billing and cancellation
Free and paid plans have the allowances shown before purchase. One paid Findaicoach Essential subscription provides the displayed allowances for both SkillForge and CareerCompass. Each service is metered separately; unused allowance in one service cannot be transferred to the other. PayPal processes the subscription, which renews monthly until cancelled. The checkout page shows the price and billing interval before approval. Cancelling stops future PayPal renewals; access already paid for may remain through the period displayed in the account. Usage allowances and promotional credits do not have cash value and do not roll over unless the plan expressly says so.
Our Billing, Cancellation and Refund Policy explains eligibility, request handling, the effect of refunds, and payment reversals. A refund does not by itself cancel a recurring PayPal agreement. Contact us promptly about an unrecognised charge and use PayPal to manage the associated payment method or dispute where appropriate. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.
External providers and resources
The platform may use AI, analytics, payment, email and job-data providers or link to courses, employers and other sites. Their content, availability, terms and privacy practices are separate. Verify opportunities and resources with the original provider before acting.
Availability and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Interruptions and errors can occur. You remain responsible for decisions and materials created using the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
